Emergency Timetable Changes

 The safety, health and well-being of our customers and staff is our primary concern. We are continuing to carefully monitor this situation as it develops and ensure we are taking every possible action to reduce the impact and risk to our passengers and staff.

With passenger numbers at a very low level and the closure of the schools and colleges we serve there is likelihood that some staff will be self-isolating. We have been forced to implement an emergency timetable until further notice.

Concessionary bus passes will be available for free travel across the whole day for the foreseeable future. We also encourage fare payers to use contactless payment rather than cash where possible.

Please continue to check back on a regular basis as we may need to make further alterations to these services we will provide more information when this becomes available.

                                                    

  • Carry hand sanitiser with you if possible.

  • Keep windows open to help with ventilation.

  • Do not sit in seats which face each other, backward facing seats have been closed.

  • Sit next to a window and leave a space in front, behind and next to you.

  • If you are travelling with someone from your household, please sit next to each other to leave more space for others.

  • We request that you pay your fare using a contactless card, if you are unable to pay with a card please tender the exact fare.

  • Do not stand or queue in the aisle of the bus or next to the driver.

  • Be patient and wait for passengers to alight before you board.

  • Keep a 2 metre distance away from other people at bus stops.
