Due to the uncertainty of school starts and finishing times we are unable to finalise school services for September at this time and therefore are unable to issue period tickets until 1st August.
What is a SmartSaver?
SmartSaver’s are new smartcards that can be used on our buses as many times as you like during their validity. They are valid across the Southdown network and can be used at any time of the day.

How do you use your SmartSaver card?
Simply place the card on the reader when you board the bus and take a seat. No ticket will be printed.

What happens if I lose my SmartSaver card?
If you lose your card, please ring our offices on 01342 719 619 as soon as possible. We can stop your card to prevent it from being used and transfer your remaining products onto a new card and send it out to you. There is a £5 replacement fee for any lost cards.
How can I get a refund?
If you no longer need your SmartSaver card, send it in the post to us (Southdown Buses, Silverwood, Snow Hill, Copthorne, West Sussex, RH10 3EN) and we will contact you to arrange your refund.
